Customer service is horrible. Set in the lobby waiting on member service while she was on her phone for over thirty minutes. They never do what they say. Nor do they answer the phone.

The bank tellers are rude and don’t want to help anyone they all look at each other and wait for someone else to help you. Then when you finally get help they act put out! The only reason why I bank here is because I go to the to the Prattville Location the people are much nicer.
The people that answer the phones are rude! Also told me that they don’t answer the phones on Saturday which I’ve never heard of a “bank” doing & I’ve worked for a bank for awhile! On top of all this I’ve banked here since I was 16 years old or younger and I’ve never had as many problems as I’ve had this past year, they deposited 3k of my money into another persons account because they are rude and don’t want to take the time to listen or as you the proper security questions then tried to tell me it was my fault because I do... read more
Worst place to get a loan. No one in the loan offices know how to answer your call or call you back and then after trying to get things worked out and then not answering their phone they freeze your checking account.
I was recently in Branson, MO with a group of ladies from my church and my debit card was declined at a restaurant!!! Tried the card again at a Wal Mart in Branson, Again declined!! Checked my online account and there are substantial funds to cover a $12.00 meal. Tried the debit card once I returned home and had no problems at the local Wal-Mart. What gives???:?:
