I saw Dr Knowlton and his staff today for a broken tooth. As someone with a serious aversion to the dentist, I came in with a lot of anxiety, questions, and nerves. Dr Knowlton, Kim, Breanna, Teresa, and Lovey were all SO wonderful to me. They reassured me, answered everything I asked, and treated me with kindness and compassion. Great in the back of house. Front of house is confrontational at the slightest hint of question or frustration (which came from previous non-notice of cancelled appointment). Non notice was due to a number change even though I had advised email was best method of contact. Rescheduled two months later. Then they changed my appointment time today for an hour earlier with no call just a text notice I saw as I woke up today.
