Unprofessional. Driver ripped my front bumper off my car towing it to a shop. Never told me it was dropped off OR that there was damage until I called (because the shop told me right away, as they SAW it happen and have it on video) Tell me they will fix it & give me a rental. Make a 'plan' to have me drop it off Monday morning only to cancel last minute after I drove over an hour to get there. That was Monday, it's now Thursday. RADIO SILENCE.
Worst experience ever. Unprofessional and rude. Avoid
Very inexperienced driver put j hooks on my lower control arms on my brand new audi instead of using the eye hook I gave him and dammaged the car and guy shows up in shoes basketball shorts and a tank top.
Do not buy a vehicle or request a tow from this company. First off they are lying cheats I called for a tow which they told me 20 mins turned into waiting for 2&1/2 hours in the blistering heat. Second they screwed insurance for money. Awful experience. Don’t trust liars and cheats
