Very inexperienced driver put j hooks on my lower control arms on my brand new audi instead of using the eye hook I gave him and dammaged the car and guy shows up in shoes basketball shorts and a tank top.
Do not buy a vehicle or request a tow from this company. First off they are lying cheats I called for a tow which they told me 20 mins turned into waiting for 2&1/2 hours in the blistering heat. Second they screwed insurance for money. Awful experience. Don’t trust liars and cheats

They left me stranded for 8.5 hours waiting for a tow, and every time i called which was about 15 times total, they continuously lied to me saying they were in Route, they clearly were not because it took over 8 hours. I could've left my car and gone to work then got dropped back off at my car to continue waiting, but instead i missed a full work shift waiting on the side of the road alone for 8 hours because they kept lying to me.
