They told me to tow my car here, and then proceeded to let it sit for multiple weeks without even being looked at. No diagnosis. No plan. No communication—unless I reach out. What’s hard to understand is why they think it’s acceptable to keep a person’s car indefinitely with no explanation, as if people don’t have jobs, responsibilities, or lives that require transportation. Phenomenal mechanics right here. Hard to come across good mechanics in this city. Carlos and his crew are by far the best in this city. I can't personally say if they deal with ALL cars but it can't hurt to ask. The entire staff is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Spanish speaking also, so, if you're having issues with language barriers, with other mechanics, give them a try. If you definitely have a classic, go to them.
