We've had nothing but a great experience with Union. Customer services is always provided, staff always says hi when we walk in, and maintenance completes work orders when requested. Working in any customer service industry is hard, these guys are the best
The technician as soon as he started the dryer he knew what was wrong disassembled got the parts and had it done with in 20 min. Professional all the way.
Submitted a maintenance request to have this pile of bird poop cleaned off from in front of my apartment. No action was taken and after seven days, they closed out the maintenance request. It’s pretty gross to have a giant bird toilet chilling in the walk way to my unit and I’d really like them to do something about it.
