I am leaving a one star because if you want to pay 1500 for a one bedroom to have roommates like roaches and scorpions pop into you apt, even though they say they spray and they charge each unit in our rent a pest control fee but yet never seen anyone spray outside the units or leasing office (which is actually scary to walk around at night which is near the mailboxes cause all the roaches be out there).
