Do not rent here!! Amenities like gates and pool are constantly broken. They will charge $200 for a cleaning fee for move out which will cover absolutely nothing - everything is considered above and beyond cleaning. If you leave a speck of food in the fridge that will be an extra $100 for cleaning. If a $750 security deposit seems steep that’s because they will take every dollar for painting and carpet cleaning upon leaving.
