From my very first phone call to Union to move in day, I always felt like I was taken care of. My experiences with Suzon and Victoria have been nothing short of exceptional. These two women were always professional, friendly, genuine, and both had a spirit kindness that made me feel like I was important to them. Nothing has changed since living here. My maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I have no complaints and am extremely happy.
Taylor is truly the best! She’s always so kind, professional, and goes above and beyond for the residents. Any time we have a question or concern, she’s on it right away, she responds super quickly and somehow gets everything solved in the blink of an eye. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the people who live here, but Taylor really does.
