The contractor used Union Air to put in my gas heating system. In that time I have had numerous breakdowns. Two years ago (2013) right around Christmas time it failed for about the fifth time and so I called them. They informed me it was a bad igniter (Ive had three previous failures) and they couldn't fix it until Monday. As this was a Sat I grudgingly accepted.
