If you value your life don't put it in the hands of Genesis Health Partners. I had to switch providers when Scripps, (incredible level of care and service), no longer took my insurance. Every Genesis office I've dealt is either totally overworked or just plain don't care. Now I've been trying for days to get a response from my urologist, Dr.Hung Nguyen,with Genesis regarding an MRI that shows I have a cancerous lesion that's at the worst level possible to see what my treatment will be.I was told by the front desk person that... read more

I visited a doctor, and he gave me a prescription for antibiotic. The doctor was nice, however after taking the antibiotic about 20 days, my symptom got worse a lot. So I called to the doctor office to ask if it is better to stop to taking the antibiotic or not. Few hours later, the doctor called me back and he said to stop and he sent new prescription to a pharmacy. Today I got a mail asking me to pay $285. I moved here from Virginia and initially came to this practice from the great reviews online. I have a lengthy past of medical issues I’ve dealt with during childhood and a doctors visit to me was always about feeling safe. My first visit back in December 2020 was to get a full blood panel done, urine sample and Pap smear. This office charged our insurance and ourselves for an appointment which was cancelled well in advance. They labeled the charge as consultation which was the process of making the appointment? Their staff are aggressive and I read on other forums that fraudulent billing practices were experienced by others before. Be ware!
