Don't bring your parents here or let them come here on their own. This place does not care about their patients. I found a great place for my mom here in Deerfield they gave the new medical place I found 5 stars, I did my research.
I went in for my first appointment that took a month to get and I get there and had to go thru a security gate that took 23 minutes to get thru only to make me 4 minutes late and then they wanted me to reschedule my appointment 12 days later I’m having serious abdominal pain and they wanted me to wait another week and a half for treatment they don’t care if you are sick all they care about is money . Very rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this place
Don’t GO !!! The staff is disgusting.., The Office manager lied to the owner Dr Perez .. I have had several urinary tract infections through the years they would not refer me to Kidney Specialist I have been in excruciating pain for two months after five emergency room visits. I’ve come to find out. I’m in stage 3a kidney disease. After seeing a specialist, he told me I’ve had kidney disease for a long time now this office did not want to refer me to a kidney doctor.
