I went in for my first appointment that took a month to get and I get there and had to go thru a security gate that took 23 minutes to get thru only to make me 4 minutes late and then they wanted me to reschedule my appointment 12 days later I’m having serious abdominal pain and they wanted me to wait another week and a half for treatment they don’t care if you are sick all they care about is money . Very rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this place

Don’t GO !!! The staff is disgusting.., The Office manager lied to the owner Dr Perez .. I have had several urinary tract infections through the years they would not refer me to Kidney Specialist I have been in excruciating pain for two months after five emergency room visits. I’ve come to find out. I’m in stage 3a kidney disease. After seeing a specialist, he told me I’ve had kidney disease for a long time now this office did not want to refer me to a kidney doctor. The location at 3501 West Drive is terrible! My fiancé had a follow up doctor’s appointment scheduled, (three months ahead of time) and happened to have a change of insurance beforehand. He tried to give his new insurance information over the phone, however, he was placed on a 15-minute hold, and was unable to wait, due to being at work. When he called the next day to try again, someone actually cancelled his appointment! I am in tears. I am shocked. The black girl working the front desk was so nasty towards me. Please give me a contact number to call a supervisor. This woman should not be working in the medical field.
