Absolutely no help with anything. Canceled out on f four appointments with specialists as referrals were never responded to. When call I was assured they would be done. No concern. Only lies. Dont, I repeat Dont go near any of her two offices. You’ll wind up in the hospital like I did

Dr Macintosh, is great. The staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. NO MANNERS! always raising their voices, argumentative. I have been told the office manager was going to call me 4 times. Never ever received a call. NO FOLLOW UP. I know this is a job for these people but to us the patients its Healthcare. Every time I request a referral for care they refuse or tell me to go to a place they are affiliated with that they get a referral fee for. I have been to Ray-us twice referred by Unimed. I scheduled an appointment formy annual physical a year ago. With that an appointment for blood work was also scheduled a week before the physical. Arrived for blood work today only to be told I did not have an appointment. Front office worker was very rude and said that I have not been seen by the office in a year. I agreed saying that was my last physical and this labwork will be for my next physical. She sai i needed to make an appointment if i want kabwork done. Dr. FRANCISCO PEREZ, Mesa is a great doctor and has a great staff very friendly professional and helpful. I recommend highly to go to his office. Jeree Is very her kind professional when you walk in at the front desk.
