I called this office this morning to simply ask a question & the lady I spoke to was super unfriendly and rude. Wow..what's nasty people. Glad I don't go to this office!

We were told that my stepmother's referral to the hematologist would be ready in a couple of days. We just called one month later. It is not ready. They would not give me a time frame of when it would be ready. And basically told me to do all the leg work to contact her insurance company to find a hematologist that would be covered by her insurance and then call them back. They do not issue just a referral which I can then find a doctor afterwards like my doctor does. Ridiculous!
