Terrible. The amount of trouble it is to get ahold of anyone that can actually make a decision is impossible. So forget about warranty. We had a half finished patio of platinum pavers. Apparently they changed the color at the same time we ordered. New color looks nothing like they did in the pamphlet. Called Brian Murray, and he offered absolutely no assistance. Even had the audacity to say, “this is why we tell clients to pick colors off of live samples.” I said we have half a patio of live samples. Just need one more palle... read more
Go to gate A if you are getting loaded or unloaded for a semi truck. Gate E is only for cars and pickup trucks. They fast at loading . Will be back.
I chose Unilock Beacon Hill Smooth in Opal. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. I wish I chose another manufacturor. First off, the delivery was delayed by over a montgmg, and when the pavers finally arrived, most of the pallets were defective due to the coating not properly bonding. For a premium product, the quality control was far below expectations. To their credit, they did agree to replace the defective pallets.
