I put in an order of pavers and most of them were broken and a huge variation in sizes. Because of this, I couldn't finish a job on time and they refused to give me a discount or some money back and made me loose money on a project. For a company that says we stand by our products and even shipped out another pallet after telling them I will charge them for my time and pick up, they sent a pallet that half of the pavers were broken on. Went to Unilock on recommendation of my landscaper to select pavers for major backyard project. I was wowed. Lot’s of great choices. Denise was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions and I left with the right products and color scheme for my backyard.
I love their products and I absolutely love this facility with its open display areas. We came here on a Sunday afternoon to look at options for our upcoming patio project. So convenient!
