I have bought 9 properties and sold 6. By far this is the worse title company I have had to work with. Hard to get ahold of anyone in the office, if you leave a message they usually don’t return your call. Trying to close on a property and the buyers are in from out of town and Unik said they can’t do it today. This property was supposed to close 5/14 and now it’s 5/21 and still won’t close today. Do yourself a favor and refuse to use this place even if you have to pay more to close.
