I told them no gel polish 2x and guess what i got gel. Even questioned it when I saw the box . Waited and waited and then more wait time sitting in a chair doing nothing not even soaking my feet. Don't go just go somewhere else

I've been going to this nail salon for almost three years exclusively. The last two times I've gone in I received less than par customer service. I'm very easy going, but after today's visit I will never return. I walked in to an almost empty salon on a Monday. I indicated I needed a refill on my nails, most importantly, and a pedicure.
