We knew that we wanted to get married in the spring, before the end of April. When we started to look for hotels/resorts we were very surprised with the lack of availability. Carl at Expert Honeymoons recommended a new hotel-Generations Riviera Maya. We were a bit wary but really wanted a destination wedding. My Husband and I went to the El Dorado Cassitas for our 25th Anniversary! This resort EXCEEDED our expectations! We were part of the new "honeymoon" crowd! The service, the food, and attention to detail was amazing! We loved it so much....we have encouraged our neice to use this facility to hold her destination wedding! This facility could easily be considered a 7 star resort! Thanks Carl for guiding us into "paradise"!
We booked our Punta Cana trip with Loyal for April 2nd through 6th with the "Impress Me Deal" and we were not disappointed at all. It was easy, he did all the work and we did all the smiling. I attended a wedding at El Dorado in August 2011. This was thest venue that I have ever been to! The staff was more than accommodating to all of the guests needs. They made sure I had all my dietary needs met. I am vegaterian and WOW! The chef went above and beyond with his tasty dishes! I love the pool and the private cabanas. If ANYONE wants a wedding that is beautiful and all their guests are treated like VIP's...this is the perfect wedding venue! I have recommended it to several of my sorority sister!
WHAT a beautiful resort! Carl at Expert Honeymoons assured us that El Dorado was the right choice for our wedding -- was he ever right! The room was gorgeous, the beach spectacular and the food & service just amazing. It was everything we had hoped for. Our families are so impressed with our wedding photos. Cindy did a fantastic job coordinating everything and making sure all the details were taken care of, even in spite of the challenges in dealing with the Cancun locals. Her attitude was always positive and she provided EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Carl promptly responded to all emails and personal phone calls throughout the process, and we never felt lost or confused about what we needed to do to get ready for our honeymoon. He helped us select the right resort with the right atmosphere while also respecting our budget, never attempted to up-sell us, and never make us feel uncomfortable.
