The front office staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable when I came in for an undercoating. I was very impressed that I can bring the car back in year to check that the condition of the undercoating after a year and if any touch up is necessary. I was very happy to hear that they felt the undercoat would last 2 years depending on road & weather conditions. Excellent service!!

I had a stone hit my car window which left a small star shaped chip in the front window. I dropped by Carleton Place uniglass to see if they thought it could be repaired. One of the guys immediately took a look and said that yes, it was repairable. I made an appointment for later that day. When I came back, they looked after calling my insurance company and providing all the details and fixed the stone chip as promised. Top notch service here.

I’ve been to this location twice within the last couple of months. Once to have my windshield replaced, and once for a detailing. 1. The windshield replacement was excellent. They went through insurance for me and the whole process was completely seamless and easy. 2. The detailing. My car was legitimately horrific. We use it as a family vehicle and the kids play sports and it was definitely in need of TLC. They did an AMAZING job. My car looks brand new. I can’t recommend this company enough.
