Staff is super friendly and helpful here. My Banker Melissa followed up with me via phone regarding my Visa Secure account transaction and it was very much appreciated that she went above and beyond to assist me with the transaction process.
Turned me away from making a deposit when I made it before closing after driving 30 minutes because the ones by me closed earlier! Dude was nice about but if you say your open till 6 I expect you to be open till then. This isn't a restaurant where you have to clean before you close so I don’t understand why they had to turn me away when I didn’t need much time. Terrible service.
They will block all your transactions for no reason. I have called them MULTIPLE times and BEGGED from them to stop limiting my online transactions for stuff which it ended up costing me money due to Unifiys strict policies. I applied for a visa to another country and got denied because Unify flagged my payment as fraudulent. I also have had emergency rides I needed rejected due to Unified air brained policies that have zero signs of intelligence behind them.
