November 22nd, 2015, 18 degrees. My family and I were at the Empire Mall tonight and entered through our usual place, the east door of JcPenny. We knew it was getting close to closing so we made our way back to JP to find the inside doors had already been locked and another family inside waiting to get out. After about 10 minutes an employee finally tracked down the manager to unlock the doors and she told the couple, with two small children, they must exit out an exterior door.
