Kids play area is great my 4 year old loves it. Couldn't find any posted hours for Santa though.
It's my second home. Been working @ Empire Mall for 16 yers.
Awful. The website says Santa will be there from noon to six on Sundays. After planning my baby's eating and sleeping schedule relying on that representation, I was turned away when we got there because Santa was going on a 45 minute break. Even when I explained the situation, I was told it would be at least two hours before we could see him - he would be in full meltdown by then.
