My local scrub shop closed down a few months ago and I wanted to support another local business so I ordered online at TUS. I haven't received my order yet, but unfortunately I won't be ordering from them again. Once I placed my order I received a confirmation saying that it would be shipped within two weeks. Well they waited until exactly 2 weeks from my order being placed before they shipped. Now I have to wait another 5 days for shipping. It will be 20 days from placing the order to receiving! Had called looking for information regarding student aid covering scrubs and what was necessary in order to get it. The lady told me that I’d need specific forms and email from an advisor to verify identity, which was fine; however, I was told my school didn’t provide advisor emails for this and as a result I recontacted them. They said they would call back after convening with a manager regarding alternatives to this and never got back to me. Went to Raley’s instead.
Ordered scrub tops from The Uniform Shoppe The tops run really small and I was informed that I cannot exchange for a larger size. There was no indication that all sales are final - be aware before you spend your hard earned money.
They have moved and have one small room with a couple brand of scrubs to look at.
