Mr. Jim Brown provided excellent service when I told him that my name was wrong didn’t hesitate to make things right….
Driver forgot to pick up uniforms the week before so I got none back. driver said he would bring them in Monday and never showed up so everyone has to go a week without.
Did not mind paying the price of work shirts, but to say my order was lost when I gave your driver sizes with a company logo that you have been in business for over the last 15 years was just sad. NEVER AGAIN if i could i would get the business i work for to stop using them
As someone who wears the uniform M-F I can say I'm incredibly unhappy with their services. My clothes are dirty. They don't repair rips, tears and lost buttons in any decent amount of time (if ever). They never give all of your clothes back, I'm supposed to have 11 pairs of pants and shirts for 2 week period and weekly I MIGHT get 3-4 back semi clean with missing buttons and popped seams. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM The split seam in the photo has been called about and mentioned for at least 2 months now and hasnt been repaired.
