Excellent service. Uniforms come back clean and on time. Kevin our route guy is fantastic. Responsive and easy to work with.

Never delivers what is ordered, constant over charging, never get credit for being shorted every single week. whats the point of paying for weekly linen services if I still have to take towels and aprons home to wash because Unifirst didn't deliver me what they charged me for.
Unifirst, where the customer is always last. I get the opportunity to pay to wash my own uniforms. I get this privilege because Unifirst feels that two pants and two shirts are adequate for a diesel mechanic to have for a week. Unifirst, where you get to play" Turn in 5 pants and 5 shirts and see what you will get back". A good week, at least the number of pants and shirts will at least match. Normal week, surprise ratio!
