I have been dealing with Unifirst Uniform Services out of Indianapolis for close to 5 years and let me tell you they are terrible. They say they will fix their problems, and they do for a week or so and then it is back to the same old problems. Our uniforms are never clean, and very seldom do we get back the correct number of items, billing is all over the place. This week our driver did not even show up! Wasn't upfront and honest with our company. And is trying to get us stuck in another contract...even though we've had so many issues with them. It's sad

Do your homework before using this company. They will not deliver your uniforms on time and will leave you short. We have called several times to try to talk to management and they have shown no effort in rectify the situation. Numerous people from my company have canceled there accounts. Uni First don't even care about that either. Very Very poor quality on customer service. Would not recommend this company....it's been 5 months since I posted this review and company has not fixed problems ..... do not use them
Unifirst has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It will take you a month or more when you order uniforms or turn in any garment for repairs. It is absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason it should take that long. Go to Plymate. They will have your garment back to you in two weeks or less.
