Waiting time is too long even with appointments My experience with this place is not good. Dr Ramos is very nice and polite that is the only good part of this place other than that is not Who ever is in charge of submitting the referral are not doing the job , I been asked for a referral to go a physical therapist it is bee a mont still have not received that .Poor service

I normally try to have a female doctor due to my mental disorders and PTSD, which was caused by the domestic violence I experienced from my father as a child, so sometimes it's not easy for me to explain my womanly issues with a male doctor. And especially since I had to change from my primary doctor that I had been going to for over 30 years. But that is not the case with Dr. Ramos, he makes me feel at ease and truly listens. I was a little apprehensive about coming here based on a friend's experience and the reviews here. Today was my first appointment. Note....they have a 5 min grace period for being late. I was 15 luckily they made the exception. I was the only one in office. I think perhaps being only a couple of days from the 4th of July may have something to do w it. Horrible patient flow and management, be ready to waste 2+ hrs in the waiting are plus 1 in the waiting room to be seen. This clinic is ridiculous
