Has become the worst company with nasty people working. Recently had a new front door installed. The door came with unpainted spots and the Manager told my 87 year old mother to paint it herself. Would he tell his own mother to paint it herself? Disgusting and disgraceful behavior. Would never use or recommend them again.
Stay away...placed an order in February 2021 given the 8 week minimum spill and verbally told by salesman windows and door would be completed in May. Salesman information me today, June 22nd that in February Unified had a 12 week backorder with manufacturers. So, that is 12 weeks added to 8 weeks minimum time frame for order and install. Unified was deceitful, dishonest in starting the minimum time frame was 8 weeks in any contracts drawn up claiming 8 week minimum time frame. Stay away from ordering or signing contracts.
