Has become the worst company with nasty people working. Recently had a new front door installed. The door came with unpainted spots and the Manager told my 87 year old mother to paint it herself. Would he tell his own mother to paint it herself? Disgusting and disgraceful behavior. Would never use or recommend them again.
Stay away...placed an order in February 2021 given the 8 week minimum spill and verbally told by salesman windows and door would be completed in May. Salesman information me today, June 22nd that in February Unified had a 12 week backorder with manufacturers. So, that is 12 weeks added to 8 weeks minimum time frame for order and install. Unified was deceitful, dishonest in starting the minimum time frame was 8 weeks in any contracts drawn up claiming 8 week minimum time frame. Stay away from ordering or signing contracts. We had a lousy, disappointing experience with Unified. It was for a siding job. Furthermore, unfortunately we didn't do our proper investigation and research prior to hiring them. Please avoid our mistake and be smart. Remember that song by The Who, "Won't Get Fooled Again" ? Stay far away !! Worst company with terrible installation. They don't even try to fix the faulty installation . Nasty people with poor ethics, I should have read all the poor reviews ....
Unified Windows Inc Finding a perfect store that provides you with all your housing needs can be a bit tough task. But exploring Unified Windows is not. Unified Windows It was a superior job that Unified Windows and Doors located in Brooklyn, NY performed on our home. We had 26 windows installed and siding put up as well. We had an extremely positive experience starting with the salesman, and it was carried through by the window installation crew, the siding installation crew, and finally their office staff. I find some of these complaints far fetched and suspect they are planted by competition. My experience was so far the opposite end of the spectrum it seems almost impossible for them to be true.I had 8 windows, a garage door, and front entry door done. I had no contract or quality problems whatsoever and I just made sure I put "Time is of the essence" in the contract .
In pure Brooklynese, Fuhgeddaboudit! We hired Unified for a siding job. We were dissatisfied. The frustrating experience with Unified is a result of poor management, deficient supervisory oversight of the workers and horrible communication from many involved representing the company.
