Am a resident in a property in Columbus, maintenance staff are unable to fix items properly. AC has been broken for 14 months, Stove exploded due to poor electrical maintenance in the building. Washer broke, was replaced, and new cheap one broke within a week. Management is dishonest about status of repairs and construction. Front door lock was disabled by a tenant, and staff have not fixed for 8 months. Homeless have been sleeping in the hallways. Do not rent from any of their properties.
Unified residential owns island club apartments which I currently reside at. I haven’t had Ac for months and had a lot of other issues and when calling the corporate office they would never call me back or try to fix anything. Everybody is super rude and always makes promises they can’t hold themselves to. Finally had to call the city to give them 30 days or a fine.
