Go with Goh. She's so good I want to gatekeep her and keep her all to myself, but she's so good I need to tell you about her too. She came into my life when I needed her most and she firmly yet gently guided me through my tough pregnancy. I trust that Goh has mine and my baby's health and safety at the top of her list. For such a large practice, they have communication on lock. They are always there when I need them. Thank you to Goh and her team!
Been coming here for almost 10 years, and Unified women’s care is my absolute favorite medical practice of all time! All of the women here are always extremely nice and helpful, and Dr.Goh is always super nice and very informative!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the office staff. I was a potential new patient, I already had a portal account, but it didn't work, so I created another with a different email. That didn't work. When I called to get assistance, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes, then the worker was absolutely no help, had an attitude, and no care about the situation.
Was recommended this practice by two separate friends and after having bad experience elsewhere decided to try and wasn't disappointed. Staff is great, Doctor Street is great! The practice is well run and everyone seems genuine and listens. I didn't just feel like just another name on a form, like other practices.
Disappointed ☹️ I waited 2 months for this appointment just for them to call me 2 hours before my appointment and tell me to reschedule because it doesn’t make sense for doctor Serena Pascal to wait a few hours for my appointment….Are you freaking kidding me!!!!! 2months how dare you not be considerate of my time!!!!!!! This is unacceptable and I am not happy with this at all.
