NO LONGER DOING BUSINESS HERE. I only posted two stars because the gentleman on the phone was so apologetic.
Horrible place. They wouldn't see my son and at all and wouldn't give a reason. They kept me on hold to tell me if it was really urgent to go to the emergency room. They had two hours left until closing.
My daughter is a first time patient and I have had the absolute worst experience with Unified Health. Mainly, Dr Lin's office in Westlake Village. For starters, we arrived 5 minutes late and were told that next time we were late we would be subject to the late fee. When I asked what the policy was, they informed me there was a 15 minute grace period.
