Horrible place. They wouldn't see my son and at all and wouldn't give a reason. They kept me on hold to tell me if it was really urgent to go to the emergency room. They had two hours left until closing.

My daughter is a first time patient and I have had the absolute worst experience with Unified Health. Mainly, Dr Lin's office in Westlake Village. For starters, we arrived 5 minutes late and were told that next time we were late we would be subject to the late fee. When I asked what the policy was, they informed me there was a 15 minute grace period. As a Melanoma and BCC skin cancer survivor, I have been receiving dermatological treatments from Dr. Michael Lin and PA-C Julie Nguyen for two years. Dr. Lin and PA-C Nguyen have treated me with compassion, dignity, and respect. I needed liquid nitrogen treatments, skin biopsies, and two surgeries to treat/remove skin cancer.
