My daughter is a first time patient and I have had the absolute worst experience with Unified Health. Mainly, Dr Lin's office in Westlake Village. For starters, we arrived 5 minutes late and were told that next time we were late we would be subject to the late fee. When I asked what the policy was, they informed me there was a 15 minute grace period. As a Melanoma and BCC skin cancer survivor, I have been receiving dermatological treatments from Dr. Michael Lin and PA-C Julie Nguyen for two years. Dr. Lin and PA-C Nguyen have treated me with compassion, dignity, and respect. I needed liquid nitrogen treatments, skin biopsies, and two surgeries to treat/remove skin cancer. He didn’t help at all. Had to take the words out of him by asking questions. He didn’t know what my daughter rash was. Didn’t expect him to by just looking at it. But it seemed like he didn’t care. He told me to put vaseline on her skin. After asking if their any lotion that would help her. Then tells me he can put her back on a prescription that have steroids. She’s only two.
