Unified Mechanical Inc is operated by people who are totally unprofessional and are out there to extract your money. You are charged over $150 every time they make a trip even through they have not correctly diagnosed/fixed an issue. This absolutely doesn't make sense. I was charged twice for the same issue in a span of 3 days. They don't want to or cannot diagnose an issue first time around and provide a temporary fix. good work IF you can get them to show.... – These guys do great work, IF you can get them to show up. They run a highly disorganized business - poor communication, no follow up, totally unreliable. There are plenty of qualified contractors out their that understand the meaning of customer services; I highly recommend you find one.
