Kevin really knows what he's doing, great coach Gnosis just put Donte Johnson in the UFC. Definitely know what they're doing. Everyone is friendly, and welcoming, otherwise they wouldn't be growing. All of the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and well rounded and can teach very effectively. Very reasonable rates, for drop ins and monthlys. Also have morning classes which are awesome, so anyone who works third shift can come in too. Has a cage. Excellent facilities and mats, and heated floors in the winter.
I went to watch my granddaughters class. The kids had a great time. The instructor (Kevin) was good with the kids and spent some one on one time with them.
Gnosis Combat is a good place for people of all ages and levels. Its a clean environment with good energy!
