I have had this insurance for two days and I cannot get a prescription filled. There is no 24 hour hotline to call these people. I realize I’ve had this company before through an employer and as I recall, it sucked back then also. Too many hoops to go through to get anything accomplished.
Just had a great conversation with Ranissa !! So appreciate the time she took with finding out the answers to my questions and helping me understand the most affordable place to get a procedure.
