Nobody knows who they are..good luck getting coverage for just basic healthcare needs. They will lie to you and say you're getting reimbursed after paying out of pocket. Because no one recognizes them, if you are going to an inpatient center for a mental health emergency, you may end up having to pay out of pocket and will receive zero reimbursement after being lied to for months and told different things by many different people. Very disappointing customer service. One of the receptionists named Carrie was unaccommodating and even questioned why I kept calling, when they couldn’t resolve my concern in the first place. Felt like I was being blamed for following up. Definitely needs improvement.
Great staff
Been dealing with a medical insurance deductible issue for over 6 months. I paid out of pocket $600 over what my deductible was and emailed proof and all the receipts from the hospital and doctors offices. The person in charge of claims says they will “ work on it” and when I call they will follow up and email me documents that show all the claims and deductible amount paid by me and never have received it. I now have medical bills going to claims because this company cannot do their job correctly.
