I went to see Ricardo after a particularly traumatic event in the hopes of trying to "let it go", so to speak. He used a variety of techniques and modalities which I found very helpful, on many levels. In addition to letting go some of the anxiety from trauma, past and present, he was able to lessen some of my physical issues. As a health care worker myself, I am a stickler for excellent service and outcomes -- Ricardo delivered.
