I took my vehicle to this shop to get my transmission rebuilt, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. They originally told me the job would take a couple of weeks, but instead it took almost two months. Imagine being without your primary vehicle that long. Every time I called, the phone went unanswered, and whenever I stopped by in person, I was met with excuses, run-arounds, and zero accountability. Another positive review for these folks. Traveling through, water pump went out, AC quit working, blew the fan belt as we pulled into the lot. Got us in right away, took us to a hotel with our dog to spend the night. Got up the next day, they picked us up and had us back on the road shortly after lunch. Great job by a great team. Wished they were local for us in North Carolina. An easy five star from an OG car guy who appreciated their work and very fair cost.
