Frustrating waste of time. 7 Calls today alone, 5 of those from various numbers. "Hello this is so and so from Unicorn real estate, is (address ofhome) for sale?" I say yes, Then they ask questions about it remodeled, rented etc. , Say they are interested in making an offer or like asking price and when I offer my realtors number to seal the deal they then hang up.
