so unfortunately as some people have mentioned, getting ahold of the store to make an appointment is a bit difficult. I have tried to email, call and message on social media and it didn't seem to work. I ended up visiting the store to get an appointment for the next day. I was able to get the manicure that I love but I didn't realize until I got home that there were uneven bumps on my nails. I'll start with a disclaimer that I tend to be very loyal to same artist but unfortunately due to distance I had to part way with my previous artist. I found Unicorn Nail online and thought I'd give it a try based on the high rating. I was assigned to Lulu and my experience with her was absolutely wonderful that I went back every 4 weeks for 3 months. She is personable and skillful.
