I made an appointment a week before. It was confirmed since I received a text. The day of the appointment comes and even though there was a staff training 3 other women on how to do nails, I was greeted by her and was told the person is coming since I arrived 10 minutes early. 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment, the staff came up to me and asked for my confirmed appointment text; which I showed to her and she proceeded to call someone (I believe the person who was supposed to do my nails). My daughter and I love our manicures!! The staff are so kind and TALENTED! We had gels and extensions and they did an incredible job. Super meticulous and beautifully painted. Loved that they had suggestions for what would like good and they were obviously passionate about nails! Also, super reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them and will come back next time we’re in town!
Wish I have more time to take a look at selection of colours. Nevertheless, I am glad I chose the cat eye for additional $20. So cute and glittering.
Had a really nice experience here. Friendly and professional service, pleasant atmosphere.
