so unfortunately as some people have mentioned, getting ahold of the store to make an appointment is a bit difficult. I have tried to email, call and message on social media and it didn't seem to work. I ended up visiting the store to get an appointment for the next day. I was able to get the manicure that I love but I didn't realize until I got home that there were uneven bumps on my nails. I'll start with a disclaimer that I tend to be very loyal to same artist but unfortunately due to distance I had to part way with my previous artist. I found Unicorn Nail online and thought I'd give it a try based on the high rating. I was assigned to Lulu and my experience with her was absolutely wonderful that I went back every 4 weeks for 3 months. She is personable and skillful. 体验感很差，美甲师审美一言难尽，最简单的渐变都做不出来。态度也很差，一副我做的渐变就是这样，你接受不了你就换个款式的态度 磨死皮磨的手指都破了，2个多小时做的一肚子气就做了个基础款，浪费我时间。 好评都是刷出来的吧？！谁爱去谁去，谁愿意当怨种谁去吧
