You should not have business hours listed if you’re not open during your business hours. Don’t put 9:30-5 if it’s by appointment only. We came for a TSA Precheck drop in at 11 AM— it says their lunch is 12-1 PM on Google. Right at 11 AM when we get there, there was already a ‘back at 1 PM’ sign on the door. So we go get lunch and run errands and waste time and came back at 1:15– the sign now says back at 2 PM. This is a safe space for everyone and you could feel it walking in! Family ran and family orienteded. Truly one of a kind. My daughter was nervous coming in to do her first UA but the staff here made us feel so welcome. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs these kinds of services ! THANK YOU !
