I love everyone at Unicoi Medical Associates! They are so efficient and nice. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to get back to a room. Doctor Colinger is the best doctor you could ever ask for.
I started going to Unicoi Medical Associates as soon as they started taking my insurance which was about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Everyone was always super helpful, any questions or concerns that I had they always took care of quickly. It’s very seldom that I have to wait past my appointment time. And they listen. They take the time to listen to me, let me cry when I need to and do all they can to help me. They are awesome and I hope I never have to go anywhere else
I drive from Johnson City to come to this office. Excellent service & care from the minute you arrive. Highly recommend! The FNP (Sara) listened to my concerns and provided adequate time for me to ask questions. I did not feel rushed at all! Scheduling has always been easy. Also, very little wait time to see the Dr. once you arrive. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful medical facility right here in Erwin.
Ashley Seale was great and the best thing about this place. Never answers the phone terrible customer service. Will lie to you about your insurance.
