Went to Unicoi med associates for years. As soon as they made my dr retire they start treating people terrible. They had me take 2 drug screens in minutes and I take this medicine every nite. They say I didn't pass my drug screen. I know better. I go to another dr and it shows up in that screen. All they doing is getting rid of Jim's old patients. I'm not even a patient my mother in law & my husband went there over 10 yrs. When dr aderhold was there never had a problem at all. Let's start with the mother in law. The place is so small her wheel chair barley fit thru the maze to get to the patients rooms. She used the lobby restroom I waited she takes a min. To use the restroom well I knocked on the door to check on her after 10 min. Asked her if she was OK she said no. Ashley Seale is the best family doctor in the Tricities. I followed her from her PREVIOUS EMPLOYER who has lost their concern for the patient and only thinks of them as a number and/or paycheck. Ashley really cares for her patients and has their best internet at heart!! Patient care is her top priority! Dr Collinger made the right decision hiring her!!!
Been fighting for weeks to get switched over from JCIM to here solely for Ashley Seale (she is the best doctor to ever exist) The front desk hardly ever answers the phone. When they do they aren’t helpful and just plain rude. Very disheartened and sad that I can’t get in to see that doctor I’ve been seeing for nearly 10 years.
