Unicity Home Care is wonderful and we cannot say enough good things about them. The aids were caring, attentive, and professional. Fantastic organization (and I've dealt with a number of similar ones over the years). Reliable to a fault. Back office is terrific and helpful with scheduling issues or billing questions (including issues with insurance carriers). And the caregivers are absolutely top notch. They've been an absolute gamechanger. Cannot recommend enough.
My Mom at 96 is a tough little Italian beauty, but sometimes difficult to deal with. Maria has been engaged to assist her . . . and she does a great job helping and making sure things get done for her. They have developed a good friendship. Thank you Maria!
