I went this morning to get a passport photo taken, and unfortunately, the service and customer care were extremely poor. After waiting for quite a while while the staff member at the counter chatted casually with another customer, I was finally directed to a corner of the store where the white background was set up. Very disappointing. Went in for three important - common chemist items, and they had none of them. Very little product, does not feel like a chemist at all, feels like a script pick up station.
First time there...nice and spacious and quick to collect too. I was on an errand for flatmate.
