Very unprofessional - Linda Iriarte specifically was very unresponsive to my agent’s phone calls, texts, and voice messages. I was interested in one of her listings and was motivated to make a deal, but she was disorganized, unresponsive, and rude. She asked my agent if we could come up on our initial offer and didn’t event realize we had already sent over a better offer. She never asked for our best and final so for all she knows she left money on the table for her seller! A week or more would pass with no contact or reply ... read more
