The technician did not rotate the rites because all four tires needed to be replaced and the best two were already in the front.Unfortunately, this was not communicated adequately to the service advisor and the customer.On 9/10/24 we refunded the customers their money and gave them a quote to replace all 4 tires and perform a 4-wheel aliment.Thank you Unicars Honda
This dealership is unscrupulous in dealing with senior citizens. My 91-year-old father-in-law who is living on social security and has the beginnings of dementia, went in and was sold a used car for thousands over its actual value. He was not capable of making this decision and the salesperson should have not taken advantage of him in this state. The dealership says they have no responsibility in this matter. Prompt service The two times I have had my Honda serviced with Unicars recently they were prompt and courteous. They were interested in helping me save money, which, with car repair shops is very important to me. Both times I brought my car in the had the work completed within the day. And their work was guaranteed.

I had a great experience purchasing my Accord from Unicars Honda. I never felt pressured into buying anything I didn't want and all of my questions were answered promptly. I've been driving my Accord for nearly 2 years and have always had a pleasant experience in the Service Department. I am usually in and out within an hour or so and my car comes back clean and smelling brand new. Thanks for the great customer service!
I drove 30min to the dealer to have my car oil changed on Tuesday afternoon. They checked my car information and said they could do it if I’m willing to wait for 2hrs or make an appointment to come back on Thursday Morning. When I came in on Thursday they said I didnt need an oil change WHEN they could have told me I didnt need it on Tuesday! You are wasting my time and your time and I’m very disappointed at your professionalism!

Typically, a vehicle needs an oil and filter change every 5,000-7,500 miles. It is never our intention to waste your time and I understand your frustration.
