I am so grateful for the care that Unicare Hospice provided for my father. Unicare was very informative and compassionate in my time of need.
Unicare provided our family member and us wonderful service and care during a pivotal time. Ramses assisted us with the intake process and most administrative issues. He was professional, kind, always upbeat and thorough in all matters. He took several calls from us about settling into the hospice process. Unicare Hospice has been nothing short of a miracle for our family. We have thanked God for Ramses more times than we can count! I’ve told him over and over he’s been a miracle worker for my father. He has guided us, helped us and always comes through with assistance and answers. EVERYONE in the industry love him! We as a family HIGHLY recommend Unicare and pray you are guided to the best care for your loved one as have been during this stressful and trying time.
I would like to start by saying that Unicares liaison Ramses Garcia was very helpful during an extremely hard time in our family. He was knowledgeable and resourceful during this transition in hospice. My uncle was able to receive the care that he deserved. Also, a thank you to the nurses who were very responsive. I would recommend getting in touch with Ramses for all of your hospice needs.
The home healthcare nurse that Unicare assigned to my father's care (Cyhthia) - I just can't say enough good things about her & her efforts on the part of my father. She was there for us during the troubled months when he was recovering from multiple bouts of pnemonia, offering care and sending up to date information along to his Primary Care Physician. She actually cared about him & still drops by occasionally 'just to check in' on him.
