I currently had an appointment to be seen at the clinic. I waited there for 20 min and asked how much longer it would be and they told me I was next. As I watched everyone being seen, I asked again how much longer and they told me there was 4 people ahead of me. What's going on? Is the clinic so unorganized that they have no clue what they are doing?
