This place is clean and nice staff.
This office has caused me nothing but stress and confusion with my son’s medical care. My son’s medical care requires referrals to specialists. This office has not once, not twice but more than 3 times made a mistake on getting my son the care he needs. Not only has the referrals situation been a literal nightmare but DR. SUKA is not professional at all. She was very rude to me my last visit, so much so she called the next day to make sure I was “ok”. I am not. Agendan mal las citas en el call center, y en Front desk no se escucha la persona . No tienen bocina .tiene el monitor frente ati y no te puedes comunicar bien con ellos . Aunque hay buenos doctores y dentistas , es muy mala atención al cliente !!
All though I love my doctors here this place is ridiculous when it comes to the front, I went for my appointment they first said the doctors wasn’t in so my appointment was canceled..Nobody called to let me know, then she said I canceled it in May lol which was a lie. So they are liars and horrible at doing their jobs. I bed to complain to corporate because this isn’t the first time something like this has happened to me. I guess I need to start looking for a new place…
