Unicare Community Health Center in Apple Valley is wonderful. The staff are very nice and helpful, the appointment system works smoothly, and the nurse practitioners are caring and attentive. Their online platform is super helpful too. Highly recommend!
My first visit here was horrible, at first glance the girls behind the glass seem professional and kind then they gas light you meaning they tell you one thine then say they didnt say it. Beware of this location unfortunately i have to go back for referrals.Also my PCP there was unprofessional as well first time meeting him, just the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER UGH

I wasn't even told how to find the office when I called. The GPS doesn't get the upper & lower 18 hwy right alot. I got questios such as: do u have an appointment?, what's your name & birthdate? 2x no referral sent to specialist & xray department My appointment was canceled after a 3 week wait without consulting me. I personally brought in an gray disk & report & was told, "we don't accept discs. ". The report was some how lost The office is run by an excellent caring, nurse practioner in her apprenticeship.
