ladies at the front desk ALWAYS have the worst attitude, they need to learn to turn off the mic before talking bad about patients. I was waiting in the lobby and over heard how they speak about the patients who walk in. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful.
UNICARE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER in FONTANA is the worst place to seek services. They only care about billing Medi-Cal and not about the patience health. My mom has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and we have been trying to get the letter to be able to begin with IHSS and also to the neurologist and they keep lying saying they are unable to provide this. They keep making my mom go in to the office because that means more money for them, when in reality my mom should not have to go in when all we need is the damn letter or ref... read more
