The front office ladies are very rude and condescending. I recently came here again and nothings changed. My worst experience with them was during my first pregnancy at 13 weeks when i wanted to see the dr because i couldn’t keep any food down. The ob told me to come as a walk in and when i arrived i asked the receptionist about it and she told me to wait until someone cancelled. The receptionists are extremely rude and have the worst attitude no matter how nice you talk to them. I’ve even heard them talking bad about the patients to each other. My appointment was at 2:30pm , i arrived at 2:20pm and was the only patient there (people slowly started arriving) and a whole hour went by and they still hadn’t called me in. two people who arrived 40-45 minutes after me got called in and when I asked the front desk how much longer they told me i still had another person in front of me.
