They are one of the couple Tesla certified repair shops on the island. They worked with my insurance for me - making the whole process seamless! They repaired it as fast as they could and it was easy working with them with the rental car company as well. I am so happy to have my car to her brand new self!!!
Organized, efficient and has good working relationship with insurance companies. Body work and paint job is very good. Haven’t had time to see if rear bumper sensors work properly. Need more time to check this out. Maybe should update their car return routine to have someone demonstrate that the sensors do work.
I booked appointment online at 10:30 drove 30min to get there the secretary with glasses asked me what insurance I was using. I didn’t know the information because it’s going through another company told her I will know in about 5 min then all of a sudden she says their is no estimators today and doesn’t know how online accepted my appointment. I had the worst experience with this company. I attempted to have them repair my car but they made it clear that they did not want my business. I don’t know if it was racially motivated or not but even the President of the company, Michael Chong, refused to apologize or accept responsibility for the very rude conduct of his employee, Dayton.
