2025- UPDATE: Reason 96 this establishment is terrible! Sign out front says, “Travel Medicine and Vaccines” yet I go into inquire and the receptionist Rain says, Yeah, we only give tetanus shots. I don’t know why the sign says that on the front door. False advertisements!!!! Just a low class money grab. Went to urgent care and was greeted but a not so friendly gentleman that explained we could sign in online or grab a clipboard. We filled out the form online and it texted us an appointment time. 20 minutes past the appointment time still not called up. There was no other patients in the office. I asked the gentleman about the appointment, he replied someone will call you back. I advised the appt was 20 minutes past he said someone would call me back. He was very dismissive and rude. AVOID ALL UNI BUSINESSES AT ALL COSTS Terrible experience. I've been here multiple times in the last year, and yet suddenly they decided I have a $400 balance unpaid from 2023, that should have been covered by my insurance. I reached out to my insurance and confirmed that beyond copay, which I paid, I shouldn't owe anything. They told me to call their billing department, which was closed, despite me calling only 5 minutes after they told me to call Then refused to see me until half that false bill was paid. I normally go to this one but their business is slowly turning into trash. Patients uncared for and the front desk people rude and bedside manner is horrible. My two year old had to leave and go to another urgent care for care because this urgent care despite seeing barely any other patients did not care or see my daughter. We waited over two hours to find all staff sitting and talking up front while my two year old is Heidi needing care.
