I felt they were going out of there way to say they want to charge me the full bill and not through my insurance even though they take my insurance. 🤔🤷♂️ Never going here again. Take myself to other urgent care where they don’t mind fitting the bill toward my insurance.
I had an amazing experience with Lauren Cano. She is super sweet and has great patient bedside manner. I will definitely will be back and recommend to friends and family.
Very kind and friendly staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, Check in took about 5 min if that and the person checking me in was very helpful. I was there for 30 min. My primary care would have taken an hour. Thank you all so much!
I felt so sick and dehydrated 1 week ago. The provider I saw gave me IV fluids and I felt a lot better afterwards. Any other Urgent Care would have sent me to the ER to get the fluids but the provider Lauren Cano chose to have me do it there rather then spend 4-5 hours @ the Hospital.
