The worst delivery I have EVER experienced. The driver literally threw my box of product as if participating in bowling 🎳. Damaged the box and dented my bottle. UNIUNI may be the cheapest delivery company, but they're the worst at handling. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THEM WITH MY ORDERS. Wish I could post the video.
Terrible delivery, I was suppose to get my package delivered yesterday and supposedly they tried to get a hold of me and everything but I did not get no single message or call from them. I had the right address and I always receive packages but this company doesn't know what the address I live and is bring it back to their wares house. I paid a lot of money and they probably keep it or something. I already tried get a hold of them and no response at all. Please let your vendors know to use this company at all.
UniUni are absolute crooks! Received "delivery confirmation" email with a picture of my package (name & address all good), and another picture of a package in front of a door... but in the second picture, it is clearly a different package and it's not my front door! Checked cameras at the delivery location... no delivery attempts on that date. Cannot get a hold of their customer service via phone. Sent them an email and opened a complaint ticket on their website... no response. I suspect they steal and then resell the packag... read more
They always throw packages from the street to the door!!!! Let me catch one these dudes throwing my package!!! I got them on Ring cam
Package was left on porch directly in front of door for everyone to see. Package could have easily been placed off to the side to keep it out of view of any one passing by.
