Really disappointed with their customer service today. I loved this place and kept coming back not just because they're the most affordable around the area, but also because I have high respect for Dr. Nakamura and I absolutely believe she's a good vet. This review is for the staff that picked up the phone today. Horrible experience yesterday and I usually am not one to complain but people need to know. My dog was there all day for diabetes checking and when I picked her up she was sticky with dried urine on one side she had been laying in her own urine all day. Also no water was ever given to her in the 7 hours she was there and she’s diabetic! There are a lot of techs there yet the wait time is ridiculous and I have never seen anyone taking the dogs out to go potty but didn’t put one and one together till yesterday. Love the fact they take the time to get to know Nala and not just treat her for the reason we came in. They also inform you of what they're going to do before they do it. They have an amazing staff.
My poor puppy got sick and had to be put down 😭 but the doctor and vet tech were absolutely the best. As hard as it was their compassion and support was there 💯. Thank you for being so caring during my poor Fudge's suffering 💖
First time here on a Saturday with an appt. Very crowded no where to sit and a dog jump towards me �Stood in line to check in as others would check out they would go before I guess....
