Terrible customer service plays in the faces of black women. I’m a lot of things but racists is not one . The way black women are treated here vs the palm colored clients is disgusting . Waited 40 mins for a gel pedi . Two Caucasian women came in atleast 30 mins after me and the services them before me even after telling me I was next. And this was not the first occurrence . Do not go here!

I had high hopes for a spa day, especially as a new mom who hasn’t had her nails done in years. From the moment I arrived, I felt overlooked—two quiet minutes passed after I greeted staff. I was then directed to the back for a pedicure and bombarded with upsell attempts for services I didn’t want. The lady who did my pedicure was super rough and cut my big toe causing it to be red and painful. She also rushed through the session and did a horrible massage for a so called 40usd ‘spa treatment’, mind you on the price board it says 35usd. She did not even shape it right and it’s crooked. Not to mention how unsanitary they are with their nail tools. Never again.

Yuri usually do my nails , he sent me to the first guy not sure his name cause i walked in and leas then 3 hrs my nails was popping off not to mention he did a horrible job, they refuse to redue however they did refund me and resfused to reschedule me .. they messed up my feet before and usually very nasty im so dissappointed

I came here yesterday and had the male nail tech. He did an absolute horrible job. He did a fill for my gel extension nails and i left with open cuts and thick and crocked nails. He was drilling my nails so hard they began to burn. And he was very careless when filing nails, leaving me with two open cuts. He also had me cure the gel while it was still on my skin and did not care to clean it up. Please be careful when coming here. It is cheap but you pay for what you get!
